If you are not satisfied with the quality of anything purchased here, within 30 days, just send us an email to hi@happyasdog.com and we'll gladly send a new product or offer a refund, whichever you prefer.

Please note that we create the Happy As Dog artwork, illustrations, and poems, including the “Dogs Get It” book. However, we work with 3rd parties to print, manufacture, produce, distribute, ship, and fulfill orders for all of the products sold here. If you receive a defective, damaged, or in any way inferior product, we may ask for photos/videos of the product so that we can resolve the issue directly with our partners.

Unfortunately, as we do work with 3rd parties, confirmed sales cannot be canceled and we cannot offer refunds for any other issues aside from print or production quality.
